There is no support desk, no phone line, and no chat window. When something breaks, or you have a question we can actually help with, write to us at hello@beforegod.app. A real person on a small team reads every letter.

It helps to tell us what device you were using and what happened, in a sentence or two. That is usually enough for us to understand the trouble.

Please send only what you are comfortable holding in an ordinary email. We use what you write to help you and for nothing else — you can read how we handle your details in our Privacy note. If your question is specifically about your data or removing your email, write instead to privacy@beforegod.app.

We are a small team, and Before God is still being built. We read every letter and answer as we are able. There is no automated queue and no promised turnaround — only people doing their honest best to help.
